At Aipas, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Gear

Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
